Went there to rent a unit and was greeted by Meredith and her lovely assistant. They are the best and they rock. Made the whole process painless and easy. Really made the whole experience great. If you need a unit from public storage go here and see them!!! Highly recommended!!!
Best costumer service ! I had trouble as I’m a struggling college student and Meredith was just so helpful. She’s really the person who put it in my mind to finish school and I’ve gone back ! Read some if the reviews and I decided to rent here with my Fiance. This store offers by far the best customer service I have ever received. First of all as soon as i opened the door Meredith stood up and said hi and welcome with this huge smile. She addressed both of us. It is very easy to speak to her. We felt that she was part of the family on how comfortable we were. To move on, never had any idea on condensation and all this other stuff. She was truly very knowledgeable. Meredith aka a storage encyclopedia. I can go on and on. The price is right, the place is clean, and we are no longer stressed. We moved the stuff in and locked it up. Until next spring! My husband and I need a storage unit for the lack of closet space. I dealt with Meredith it was super easy and exactly the size that I needed. She was extremely helpful with the packing materials she told us to use and even told us how to pack the unit. She definitely knows what she's doing.
Meredith is awesome and helped me with some packing supplies I needed for my business. Definitely would go there again to purchase future items. I greatly appreciate the expertise and friendliness she provided. Something that is not common up north is customer service but Meredith breaks that stereotype hands down.
